INTENT Removes the portions of 13 lots that are partially in the LUG-2 district and places them in the RC-2 district, effectively zoning each of these lots entirely RC-2. (See explanation in Article 33)
PRO Owners of these lots would gain more density on their property and could, depending on current zoning, construct more buildings on them. They'll also be allowed light commercial uses on all of their lots.
CON Property owners in this area who prefer the semi-rural feeling of this neighborhood could experience more development of their neighborhood than they thought they would when they purchased property there.
