INTENT Removes 10 lots on the east side of Miacomet Avenue and on the north side of Otokomi Road from the LUG-2 district and puts them into the RC-2 district. (See explanation in Article 33)

PRO All of these half-acre lots would become quarter-acre lots that could be more densely developed depending on each owner's needs.
