I ON THE COURT In other court news, Robert M. Agnew, formerly of 19A Essex Road, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged July 27, 2006 with drug distribution. Awarrant was to issue at 4 p.m. for Chad Bergeron, 31, of Rhode Island, charged Feb. 23 with driving with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and equipment violations. Jadir S. Bussu, 27, of 19 Pine Grove Road, had his case continued to March 26. He was charged Jan. 14 with driving without a license and a license plate violation. Shawn Duncan, 32, of 34 Pine St., will have a March 16 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for not having a registration in possession and equipment violations, for which he was assessed $35. Kari K. England, 37, of 5 Sparks Ave., had her case dismissed after paying due costs. She was charged March 11, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Daniel Franklin, Jr., 32, of 7 Cynthia Lane, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged Dec. 9, 2006 with two counts of cocaine distribution and a drug violation near a school and on Feb. 10 with driving with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and not wearing a seat belt. Marc A. Gendron, 34, of Centerville, Mass., had his case continued to March 26. He was charged May 6, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol and will have a probation violation hearing. Citing lack of cooperation and lack of communication, the attorney for Eric A. Griffin, 34, of Hyannis, Mass., withdrew from the case. A warrant was to issue for Griffin, charged Feb. 7 with assault and battery and two counts of wanton destruction of property. Christopher Grimes, 34, of 55 Pochick Ave., had his case continued to May 29. He was charged Nov. 8, 2006 with assault and battery. A warrant was to issue for Konstantine D. Ignatov, 24, of 29 Nobadeer Farm Road, charged March 14 with driving without a license and without wearing a seat belt. A warrant was to issue for Snezhana Ivanan, 25, of 17 Mary Ann Drive, charged Dec. 28, 2006 with driving an uninsured vehicle. Adam H. Kolanko, 25, of 5 Mizzenmast, had his case dismissed after paying due costs. He was charged July 6, 2005 with two counts of drug distribution. A warrant was to issue for James Larkin, 48, of Brockton, Mass., charged Dec. 11, 2006 with driving without a license and failing to stop for a school bus. Alexia H. Lisker-Blount, 23, of Rhode Island, had her case dismissed after paying due costs. She was charged March 10 with assault and battery on a police officer. Marvin M. McCallum, 23, of 1 Green Meadow Drive, will have a Jan. 13 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for having a non-transparent vehicle window and not wearing a seat belt and assessed $250 on the window offense. Christopher Metcalfe, 53, formerly of Nantucket, was scheduled for a jury trial on Oct. 1. He was charged with breaking and entering in the night with intent to commit a felony and burning vehicles on Nov. 15, 2004 and Oct. 4, 2006. Four vehicles are involved in the charges. Robert J. Norris, 32, of 19B Pine Grove Lane, will have a Jan. 7 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs and was found responsible for failing to register a vehicle after 30 days and not wearing a seat belt. Maurice G. Ortiz, 25, of 47 Appleton Road, had his case continued to April 9. He was charged Jan. 1, 2004 with larceny over $250 and on April 9, 2005 with larceny over $250 and drug possession. He will have probation violation hearings. Karen Reid, 48, of 29 Appleton Road, will have a Jan. 18 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed with $100 court costs and was found responsible for having an unregistered vehicle. Rui Silva, 38, of Evergreen Way, had his case dismissed after paying due costs. He was charged Jan. 4 with driving without a license. Rhonda L. Veilleux-Burden, 38, of Lyons Lane, was given one month to pay remaining due costs related to her Nov. 9, 2005 charge of larceny over $250. Tyrone Williams, 28, of 14S Larrabee Lane, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged with cocaine distribution on Oct. 6 and Nov. 16, 2006 as well as a drug violation near a school.
