CLARIFICATION In last week's roundup about Nantucket High School's participation in the state swimming and diving finals, it was noted that Justine Paradis "broke her own school diving record, with a score of 299.60, besting her old mark of 195.80."

During the regular season, divers compete in 6-dive formats. Paradis indeed broke her own records during the school year in the 6- dive formats. (She initially set the school record in the 6-dive in 2004, when she was in eighth grade.)

During championship meets, however, divers take part in 11-dive competitions. The record Paradis broke during the state sectionals and finals was in the 11-dive format. In the state sectionals, Paradis broke the 11- dive record originally set by Gillian Walsh in 2003. Paradis then set a new school record in the 11-dive event during the finals the following week.
