Most cases in Monday's District Court were continued for future pre-trial hearings, including the case against Robert M. Agnew, 30, of 19A Essex Road, charged July 27, 2006 with drug distribution. His case returns to court on March 19.

A Feb. 11 charge of driving without a license was dismissed against Fernando S. Amaral, 22, of 27 Evergreen Way, who paid due court costs.

Marius Babinskas, 27, of 94 Surfside Road, had his case continued to March 26. He was charged Jan. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol and marked lanes and seat belt violations.

Manuel E. Baez-Pimentel, 22, of 33 Hooper Farm Road, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged Dec. 9, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.

Osnir Bellafronte, 46, of 37 Old South Road, will have a March 2 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for not having an inspection sticker, and that charge was filed.

Rohan A. Black, 23, of 107 Hummock Pond Road, had a Dec. 26, 2006 charge of driving without a license continued to April 17. June 18, 2005 charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon were dismissed.

Valerleia Bueno, 30, of 2 Spindrift Circle, will have a Dec. 11, 2006 charge of driving with a suspended registration dismissed with $100 court costs and had a charge of driving with a suspended registration dismissed.

Jadir S. Bussu, 28, of 16 Pine Grove Lane, had his case continued to March 26. He was charged March 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and driving outside marked lanes.

A warrant was to issue for Kenroy A. Cain, 40, of 8 Killdeer Lane, charged Oct. 18, 2006 with driving without a license and an equipment violation.

Mark Clinton, 39, of Wareham, Mass., had his case continued to April 17. He was charged on March 21, 2006 with drug possession with intent to distribute and on Aug. 13, 2006 with intimidating a witness and violating a restraining order.

Brian J. Connor, 23, of 85 Somerset Road, had his case continued to March 12. He was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license in possession, driving outside marked lanes and seat belt and license plate violations.

Dakota Cooke, 21, of 66 Prospect St., had his case continued to April 30. He was charged Jan. 27 with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct and on March 3 with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon ( a shod foot and a beer bottle).

Sara B. Decker, 19, of 9 Luff Road, had her case continued to April 9. She was charged Dec. 31, 2006 with three counts of being an accessory before the fact and three counts of conspiracy.

Carlos Dos Santos, 25, of 4 Cedar Circle, will have a Dec. 30, 2006 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs and was assessed $100 for speeding.

Phanarus Edwards, 22, of 18 Irving St., had his case continued to May 21. He was charged on Nov. 3, 2006 with two counts of cocaine distribution and on Jan. 15 with possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property.

Jason D. Flanagan, 28, of 19 Atlantic Avenue, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest and failing to stop.

Eric A. Griffin, 34, of Hyannis, Mass., had his case continued to March 19. He was charged Feb. 7 with assault and battery and two counts of wanton destruction of property under $250.

Peter S. Gurley, 44, of 3 Swain St., paid due court costs and had his probation terminated. He was charged Dec. 29, 2004 with two counts of assault.

Jonathan G. Kelly, 26, of 12 Macy's Lane, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Jan. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and driving outside marked lanes.

Peter J. Lanctot, 53, of 55 Somerset Road, had his case continued to March 26. He was charged Jan. 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and failing to drive in the right lane.

James Larkin, 48, of 11 Thorton Lane, will have a Dec. 11, 2006 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs and was assessed $250 for failing to stop for a school bus.

An outstanding arrest warrant remains in effect for Rodney Lewis, 40, of 31 First Way. He was charged in November and December, 2006 with drug distribution and a drug violation near a school, and on Jan. 13 with cocaine trafficking and a drug violation near a school.

Mantas Marcinauskis, 21, of 33 Surfside Road, will have a Nov. 20, 2006 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for failing to stop and equipment violations, and those charges were filed.

Michael T. Miller, 49, of 17 Correia Lane, paid due court costs and had a Sept. 4, 2006 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed.

A warrant was to issue for Larry Mote, 51, formerly of Nantucket, charged Nov. 18, 2005 with drug possession.

Moises O. Murillo, 34, of 110 Pleasant St., had his case continued to March 12 to pay $100 in court costs and a $50 fine for Sept. 20, 2006 charges of driving without a license and speeding.

Jeremy T. Nelson, 33, of 25 Sheep Pond Road, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Nov. 12, 2006 with leaving the scene of property damage, having an open alcohol container in a vehicle and speeding.

Kyle W. Paterson, 20, of 70 Union St., had his case continued to March 26. He was charged Jan. 19 with drug possession, driving with a suspended license not in his possession and failing to stop.

Dorothy Perry, 17, of Hyannis, Mass., had her case continued to April 9. She was charged Nov. 16, 2006 with two counts of drug distribution.
