Awarrant was issued at 4 p.m. on Monday for the arrest of Fernando S. Amaral, 22, of 27 Evergreen Way, who failed to appear in court and still owes $350. He was charged Feb. 11 with driving without a license.

Warren H. Ard, 27, of 52 Hooper Farm Road, will have a Feb. 20 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed upon payment of $500 in court costs.

Debra T. Bennett, 52, of 25A Allen's Way, had her case continued to March 26. She was charged Nov. 13, 2006 with violating a restraining order and resisting arrest.

Chad Bergeron, 31, of Rhode Island, had his case continued to March 19. He was charged Feb. 23 with driving with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and equipment violations.

William D. Ciarmataro, Jr., 22, of 28 Equator Drive, had a jury trial set for April 2. He was charged Sept. 5, 2006 with driving with a suspended license.

Bradley Ellis, 19, of 3 Milestone Crossing, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. He was charged Aug. 28, 2006 with drug possession.

Daniel Franklin, Jr., 32, of 7 Cynthia Lane, had his case continued to March 19. He was charged Dec. 9, 2006 with two counts of cocaine distribution and a drug violation near a school. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and not wearing a seat belt.

Nerijus Gecys, 27, of 94 Surfside Road, will have a Nov. 1, 2006 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for speeding and not wearing a seat belt.

A warrant was to issue for Marc A. Gendron, 34, of Centerville, Mass., charged May 6, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jared K. Hall, 28, of 60R Hummock Pond Road, had his cases continued to March 12. He was charged Nov. 26, 2006 with driving with a suspended license and on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 2006 with cocaine distribution.

John Hilmer, 23, of 2 New St., had his cases continued to April 9. He was charged March 25, 2006 with assault and battery on a police officer and on Dec. 1, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol and without a license in possession.

Kevin D. Holdgate, 34, of 50 Old South Road, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged Sept. 7 and Dec. 22, 2006 with cocaine distribution.

Konstantine D. Ignatov, 24, of 29 Nobadeer Farm Road, paid due costs and had his Feb. 17 charge of driving without a license dismissed.

Awarrant was to issue for Kenneth E. Johnson, 31, of 32 Somerset Lane, who was charged Dec. 18, 2006 with shoplifting.

Rodney Lewis, 40, of 31 First Way, had his cases continued to March 5. He was charged Nov. 18 and Dec. 8, 2006 with drug distribution and a drug violation near a school and on Jan. 13 with cocaine trafficking.

Deborah L. Marelli, 46, of 18 Back St., had her Feb. 8 charge of assault and battery dismissed.

Winston A. Mautner, 21, of 2 Silver St., had his cases continued to May 21. He was charged June 10, June 11 and July 15, 2006 with drug distribution and on Jan. 13 with three counts of drug possession, two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and cocaine trafficking.

A warrant was to issue for Eamon P. McNamara, 28, of Hyannis, Mass., charged July 25, 2006 with larceny over $250.

Christopher Metcalfe, 53, formerly of Nantucket, had his cases continued to March 19. He was charged Oct. 4, 2006 with breaking and entering a building with intent to commit a felony and burning a vehicle and with three counts of burning a vehicle on Nov. 15, 2004.

A warrant was to issue for Robertas Mickus, 25, of 16 Bluebird Lane, charged Dec. 31, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense.

A warrant was to issue for Michael T. Miller, 49, of 8 Meeting House Lane, charged Sept. 4, 2006 with driving an uninsured vehicle.

Emmanuel Moniz, 29, of New Bedford, Mass., had his case continued to April 2. He was charged July 27, 2006 with cocaine distribution.

Patricia Newell, 47, of 41R Essex Road, had her case continued to May 21 for a status review. She was charged Oct. 6, 2006 with assault with intent to murder and is currently undergoing treatment in a secure, private facility in Los Angeles, Calif.

A warrant was to issue for Reginald Parker, 41, of 44 Macy Lane, who was charged June 9, 2006 with two counts of drug possession.

Ismael A. Rivas-Guillen, 27, of 11 Macy Lane, will have a Feb. 24 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs.

The probation of Anthony J. Rocco, 26, of Plymouth, Mass., was terminated. He was charged Nov. 20, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense.

Manuel Rojas, 38, of 20 West York St., had a jury trial set for Aug. 6. He was charged Dec. 14, 2006 with driving an unregistered vehicle under the influence of alcohol and with a suspended license.

Luis A. Rosario, 44, of Bridgeport, Conn., had his case continued to April 9. He was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Sorasak Santikulanont, 35, of Nantucket, had his cases continued to May 21. He was charged March 14, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol and on Aug. 26, Sept. 3 and 4 and Oct. 5, 2006 with drug distribution and a drug violation near a school.

David Secia, 26, of 4 Equator Drive, had his case continued to March 26. He was charged July 31 and Dec. 22, 2006 with cocaine distribution and a drug violation near a school.

Michael F. Walsh, 41, of 22 Massasoit Bridge Road, had his case continued to April 9. He was charged July 25, 2006 with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, property destruction and negligent driving.

Brett T. Watts, 23, of 4 Althea Lane, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged Dec. 9, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.
