I ON THE COURT Robert M. Agnew, 30, formerly of Nantucket, had his case continued to March 5. He was charged July 27, 2006 with cocaine distribution. All cases against Kimberly L. Baker, 25, of New Hampshire, were continued to the April trial session. She was to have been tried this week on a Sept. 28, 2006 charge of assault and battery but the alleged victim could not be present. Michael Benjamin, 23, of 22 Arlington St., paid due costs from his Aug. 23, 2006 charge of malicious destruction of property and his case was dismissed. The probation was terminated for Ginger L. Bennett, 25, of 9 Ipswich St., who paid due costs from her Nov. 18, 2005 charge of negligent driving. Carrie E. Bianchi, 30, last known address 111 Hummock Pond Road, had her trial postponed to April. She was charged July 4, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Brian J. Connor, 23, of 85 Somerset Road, had his case continued to March 5. He was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside marked lanes, a license plate violation, driving with no license in possession and failing to wear a seat belt. Dakota Cooke, 21, of 66 Prospect St., had his case continued to March 5. He was charged Jan. 27 with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Phanarus Edwards, 22, of 18 Irving St., had his cases continued to March 5. He was charged on Nov. 3 and Nov. 4, 2006 with cocaine distribution and on Jan. 15 with possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property. Jose A. Filho, 49, of 9 Wampanoag Way, had his Nov. 19, 2006 charge of assault and battery dismissed at the request of his victim. Jason D. Flanagan, 28, of 19 Atlantic Ave., had his case continued to March 5. He was charged Feb. 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest and failing to stop. Richard K. Henry, 56, of 7 Goldfinch Drive, had his trial continued to the April session. He was charged Sept. 25, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage, driving outside marked lanes and driving with a suspended license. He was also charged on Nov. 26, 2006 with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime. Richard A. Ho-Shue, 44, of 45 1/2 Essex Road, had his case moved to yesterday for a possible disposition. He was charged Sept. 6, 2006 with assault and battery. Mariya K. Johnson, 22, of 38 Macy Lane, had a July 16, 2006 charge of drug possession dismissed. Sean P. Joslin, 39, of 7 Brinda Lane, had his case continued to April. He was charged Dec. 28, 2006 with assault and battery. Rosalinda D. Katten, 49, of Falmouth, Mass., had her case continued to Feb. 20. She was charged June 11, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol and outside marked lanes. Michael A. Kittila, 17, of 8 Pine Grove Road, had his case continued to Feb. 20 for status of compliance with a defense motion seeking a copy of an audio confession by a co-defendant which implicates Kittila in a series of house breaks and car thefts on Miacomet Ave. on Dec. 12 and 13, 2006. New charges were added to five previous charges against Kittila for breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony. The new charges are for vandalizing property, two more counts of breaking and entering, vehicle larceny, unauthorized use of a vehicle, larceny over $250 and larceny under $250. Richard Leone, 50, of 3 Marion St., had his case continued to March 12. He was charged Jan. 31 with unlicensed driving and driving outside the right lane. Winston A. Marner, 33, of 74A Surfside Road, had a March 9, 2006 charge of leaving the scene of property damage dismissed. William H. Martling, 51, of 67A Miacomet Road, had his case continued to yesterday for possible trial and a motion hearing. He was charged March 14, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Brian J. Murphy, 41, of 3 Doc Ryder Drive, paid due costs and had his March 18, 2006 charges of negligent driving and leaving the scene of property damage dismissed. Manuel A.J. Ramirez-Valle, 25, of 18 Cynthia Lane, will have a Jan. 30 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for not having an inspection sticker. Remy J. Rodriguez, 29, of Hyannis, Mass., had his case continued to March 5. He was charged Jan. 5, 2006 with driving with a suspended license. Brian M. Ruane, 22, of 2 Cedar Circle, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol on Jan. 21. A 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for two years during which time he must attend a 14-day in-patient treatment program for second offenders, stay sober and submit to testing. He was found responsible for leaving the scene of property damage and not responsible for not having a license in possession. In District Court on Tuesday, former Nantucket resident Damian Ramos-Snow was sentenced to two years in the Barnstable House of Correction with credit for 45 days already served. Ramos-Snow, 25, pleaded guilty to four sets of charges: cocaine distribution on Nov. 28, 2005; two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a vehicle), cocaine possession, negligent driving and failing to stop for police on Nov. 3, 2006; and failing to register as a sex offender and larceny over $250 (an electronic monitoring bracelet) on Nov. 11, 2006. He was found responsible for speeding on Nov. 3, 2006 and that charge was filed. David A. Sullivan, 37, of Nantucket, had a probation violation withdrawn and his probation terminated. He was charged Aug. 1, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Jonathan M. Symer, 24, of 82 Hummock Pond Road, had his case continued to April. He was charged July 25, 2006 with assault and battery. Lloyd G. Wallace, 25, of 17A Gray Avenue, had Nov. 19, 2006 charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor dismissed at the request of his victim. Amber Wilde, 25, of 14 Cambridge St., paid due costs and had a Dec. 16, 2006 charge of disturbing the peace dismissed. A hearing was to be held Monday afternoon when Judge Joseph Macy would decide whether to continue a case against Kenterio Williams until today or next Monday.
