OBITUARY
      Robert Carl Delacey died on Nantucket at the Cottage Hospital on December 4th 2006 at the age of 79. The eldest of three, Robert was born July 6, 1927 in Chicago to Robert, a musician and Manya, a dancer. He moved to New York City after attending Dartmouth and Carnegie-Mellon.

Selectmen appoint new FinCom member tonight

      The selectmen tonight will choose from three applicants vying to fill the seat on the nine-member Finance Committee left vacant by Lindsey Perry who moved off-island. The committee is charged with advisory oversight of municipal spending and makes recommendations on Town Meeting warrant articles.
