They were little spears with fins on the back that you would toss at a target on the ground. They have been banned in the U.S. since 1988, but they sure were a lot of fun.

      As many of you know, I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I was also fortunate enough to attend the University of Texas, or "The University," as we affectionately refer to it.
