Little League All-Stars in district tournament
      In the second round of Little League district tournament play, Nantucket played South Plymouth at Plymouth Sunday afternoon but was turned back, 7-0. Andrew Benson started the game for the islanders and struck out five. In two innings of strong relief work, Zach Moran struck out four.

      NHS ATHLETES SELECTED FOR CLASSIC Cassie Moran and Grace Anne Tornovish have been selected to take part in the Cape Cod Classic field hockey tournament, to be held July 22 and 23 at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. The Cape Cod Classic features top players from New England high schools.
