      June was an incredibly difficult month for our family! The emotional roller-coaster kept us on edge as the trial unfolded. We need to thank those sixteen courageous people who agreed to serve on the jury in spite of the distasteful evidence that they knew they would see and hear. We were confident that they would find for the truth.

      Thank you to the Nantucket community for making the Rachel Parrotto fundraiser at the Rose & Crown last Sunday such a huge success! Once again, our community stepped up to help one of its members in need, and because of your unyielding generosity, we were able to raise over $100,000 for the Parrotto-Budzynski family.

      In the first part of this series, we compared the progress made in the permitting and construction of nearoffshore wind farms in Northern Europe with the progress made in the U.S. in the years since Cape Wind was initially proposed. The score, you might remember, is 13 completed, 11 under construction or contract 'over there', against zero over here.
