District Court had a few arraignments and a couple of cases to dismiss on Monday morning before the trial for Thomas Toolan resumed in Superior Court. Bryan C. Cressey, 57, of Barrington, Ill., will have his case dismissed with $200 court costs. He was charged June 16 with disorderly conduct. More ...
