Boyan Kalpazanov was born at Nantucket Cottage Hospital on Nov. 22, 2006 weighing 7 pounds and 12 ounces. He is the son of Anna and Jivko Kalpazanov and brother to Ioana of Nantucket. His grandparents are Assia and Valentin Mechevi and Kristina Kalpazanova of Velingrad, Bulgaria. His greatgrandparents are Yordanka Kalpazanova and Milka and Stefan Trendafilovi of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Benjamin Anthony Zinser was born at Nantucket Cottage Hospital on Nov. 16, 2006 weighing 7 pounds and 6 ounces. He is the son of Jason and Regina Zinser and brother of Gabriel Zinser of Nantucket. His grandparents are Tim and Marcia Zinser of Ohio and Jose and Lourdes Rocha of Brazil. His great-grandparents are Dean and Margaret Sterry of Ohio. STOVER EARNS SPECIAL ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP Town Clerk Catherine Stover has been accepted into the second level membership of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks master municipal clerk academy in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Only 15 percent of its members have qualified for this academy status.

Academy members are required to obtain a specific number of points through completion of recognized institute or college courses, seminars and workshops offered by other professional associations, attendance at meetings and conferences and receiving honors for specific achievements. The academy was established to further professional education of municipal clerks to enhance their skills as needed to meet the challenges of their office.
