In Monday's district court, a warrant was to issue by 4 p.m. for Kimberly L. Baker, 25, of New Hampshire, who failed to appear for a pretrial hearing on a Sept. 28 charge of assault and battery and a probation violation hearing on a Feb. 5 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Stephen W. Bowler, 22, of San Francisco, Calif., admitted to negligent driving on July 5 and had his case continued one year without a finding. A charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed and he was found not responsible for driving outside marked lanes.

Steven G. Cranston, 18, of Kildeer Lane, had his case continued for a probable cause hearing on Jan. 22. He was charged Nov. 6 with rape of a child with force, indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and assault and battery. Assistant District Attorney Chris Shea told the court that a Nantucket grand jury may consider indictments in the case.

Eric S. Engelsen, 44, of Hyannis, Mass., had his case continued to Dec. 4. He was charged July 12, 2005 with two counts of larceny by check.

Pleszo F. Flore, 39, of New York, N.Y., had her case continued to Jan. 22. She was charged Nov. 26, 2005 with bank embezzlement.

Robert Francis, 31, of 39 Dukes Road, had his case continued to Dec. 18. He was charged Oct. 9 with negligent driving and speeding.

A warrant was to issue for Dominic Hall, 24, of 28 Mizzenmast, who still owes the court $84 in probation fees but cannot be reached. He was charged May 27 with marijuana possession.

Jared Hall, 28, of 60R Hummock Pond Road, had his case continued to Dec. 11. He was charged Nov. 26 with driving with a suspended license.

Jonathan Hassett, 25, of 4 West Creek Road, will have an Oct. 6 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs.

Edwar M. Hawkins, 22, of 5 Salros Road, upper left, had his case continued to Jan. 22. He was charged Aug. 6 with drug possession with intent to distribute, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He will also have a pre-trial hearing on previous charges of conspiracy and receiving stolen property.

Joseph S. Hayes, 28, of 23 Woodland Drive, had his case continued to Dec. 18. He was charged Nov. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Richard K. Henry, 56, who gives an address of 7 Goldfinch Drive, was held on $2,500 cash bail after being charged Nov. 26 with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime (murder). Henry, who authorities said has an extensive record including jail time for breaking and entering, had his case continued to Dec. 4 with an order to stay away from his victim for one year.

Patrick Lennon, 40, of Rhode Island, paid all due costs and had his case dismissed. He was charged Oct. 31, 2005 with unpermitted use of a vehicle.

A warrant was to issue for Mark H. Lessor, 37, of Salem, Mass., who failed to appear on a May 17 charge of drug possession.

Tyrone G. McLaughlin, 31, of 5A Cow Pond Lane, had his case continued to Dec. 4. He was charged Nov. 13 with assault and battery.

Christopher Metcalfe, 53, of 2 Morgan Square, had his cases continued to Jan. 16. During the interim, officials will furnish copies of video tapes to his lawyer that allegedly incriminate Metcalfe in car arsons on Oct. 4, 2006 and Nov. 15, 2004. Police also suspect him for involvement with other vehicle arsons.

Andrew J. Munson, 21, of 22 Polpis Road, was placed on pre-trial probation for six months stemming from his Nov. 1 charge of assault and battery.

Amanda P. Olin, 38, of 5 Hiller's Lane, had a Nov. 9 charge of negligent driving continued one year without a finding. A charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed. She was found responsible for driving over marked lanes and that charge was filed.

A warrant was to issue for Damian Ramos- Snow, 24, address unknown, who failed to appear on Nov. 3 charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, drug possession, negligent driving, failing to stop for police and speeding.

A warrant was to issue for Jason R. Reckards, 26, of 14 Field Avenue, who failed to appear and still owes more than $2,000 in fees and restitution. He was charged in 2005 with negligent driving, leaving the scene of property damage and unpermitted use of a vehicle.

Mary L. Sames, 55, of 7 Farm View Drive, had her case continued to Dec. 11. She was charged Nov. 23 with assault and battery.

Jeremy J. Starks, 26, of 65 Cato Lane, had his case continued to Dec. 11. He was charged Nov. 21 with cocaine trafficking, a drug violation near a school or park and drug possession.

Daniel W. Twomey, 19, of 8B Benjamin Drive, paid due fees and had his case dismissed. He was charged May 23 with resisting arrest.

Matthew F. Waldman, 32, of 6R Newtown Road, had a Nov. 23 charge of negligent driving continued six months without a finding. A charge of failing to stop for police will be dismissed with $100 court costs, and he was found responsible for speeding and a license plate violation.

Alec R. Wheeler, 35, of 6 Spinnaker Circle, admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on Oct. 28. He was found guilty, placed on probation for one year, must take the driver alcohol program, stay alcohol and drug free and submit to testing. He was found not responsible for failing to slow and speeding.

Muriel E. Woolfolk, 36, of 65 Cato Lane, had her case continued to Dec. 18. She was charged Nov. 21 with possession of cocaine

and marijuana.
