In Monday's District Court, 17-yearold Adam Jenkins of 6 Pine Grove Drive had his case continued without a finding for one year with several conditions. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and two counts of receiving stolen property on Sept. 24. Jenkins will be confined to home for six months wearing an electronic bracelet except for hours spent at a full-time job, which was a mandate of his disposition. He must also pay $409 restitution, remain alcohol and drug free and take the GED course to earn a diploma.

In other court business, the case against Kimberly L. Baker, 25, of 12 Delaney Road, was continued to Nov. 20. She was charged on Sept. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside marked lanes. She is on probation for a previous charge of negligent driving that was continued without a finding.

Dewane S. Barker, 27, of 107 Hummock Pond Road, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine on Aug. 25 and was placed on probation for one year. A charge of marijuana possession was dismissed.

Claude L. Booth, 32, of 14B Bailey Road, had his case continued to Dec. 11. He was charged on June 30 with mayhem, assault to maim, assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon (a shod foot). Booth is alleged to have fractured one victim's skull and caused another victim's lip to tear away from his mouth. Booth also still owes the court $425 in fees and costs stemming from previous guilty verdicts on charges of breaking and entering and trespassing.

Richard E. Bravo, 34, of 16 Miacomet Avenue, was placed on pretrial probation for one year for an Oct. 3 charge of assault and battery.

An arrest warrant was to issue at 4 p.m. Monday for Linda Cahoon, 54, formerly of Nantucket and now of Georgia, who was not in court on a Sept. 9 charge of assault and battery.

Michael Certek, 26, of 14 Atlantic Avenue, paid costs from his Oct. 15 charge of driving without a license and the case was dismissed.

Jared S. Chadwick, 22, of 15 Field Avenue, was placed on probation for one year and must wear an electronic bracelet monitor for six months stemming from Oct. 25 charges of violating a restraining order and assault and battery. He must also remain alcohol and drug free, have random testing and counseling deemed appropriate. Charges of threatening a crime and another restraining order violation were continued without a finding for one year.

Andrew J. Darbey, 38, of 72A Old South Road, had his case continued to Nov. 27. He was charged Oct. 30 with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, negligent driving, resisting arrest, failing to stop for police, speeding and a bylaw violation. He was charged on Oct. 7 with possession of marijuana and bylaw violations.

Eric S. Engelsen, 44, of H y a n n i s p o r t , Mass., had his case continued to Nov. 27. He was charged on July 12, 2005 with two counts of larceny by check over $250.

Cristina Fahey, 38, of 87 Skyline Drive, paid costs due the court from her Aug. 11 charge of driving without insurance and her case was dismissed.

Jason C. Fox, 23, of 18 Amelia Drive, had his case continued to Nov. 20. He was charged on Nov. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and drug possession.

Stephen N. Franklin, 26, of 6 Washaman Avenue, admitted to an Oct. 10 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol (second offense) and was placed on probation for one year. He must attend a two-week in-patient alcohol treatment program. Charges of driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration were dismissed.

James M. Geary, 54, of Connecticut, paid costs due from his Oct. 1, 2005 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and had his case dismissed.

David C. Gray, Jr., 22, of 11 Friendship Lane, admitted to a June 27 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and had his case continued without a finding for one year. He must attend the driver alcohol education program and had his license suspended for 45 days. He was found responsible for driving outside marked lanes and that charge was filed.

Joseph S. Hayes, 28, of 23 Woodland Drive, had his case continued to Nov. 27. He was charged on Nov. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol and not having an inspection sticker.

Gilbert J. Holdgate, 45, of 4 Forest Avenue, had his case continued to Nov. 13. He was charged on Sept. 30 with two counts of assault and battery.

Awarrant was to issue for Derond S. Lewis, 33, of Memphis, Tenn., who did not appear or complete payments on his Sept. 25 charge of assault and battery.

A warrant was to issue for Pedro Miguel, 42, of Lynn, Mass. who did not appear and still owes $50 on his Sept. 29 motor vehicle charges.

Andrew J. Munson, 21, of 22 Polpis Road, had his case continued to Nov. 27. He was charged on Nov. 1 with assault and battery.

Manuel Ramirez, 24, of 18 Cynthia Lane, will have a Nov. 2 charge of driving without a license dismissed with payment of $200 court costs. He was found not responsible for a lights violation.

Mark T. Reid, 43, of 33 First Way, had his case continued to Nov. 20. He was charged on Oct. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol, not wearing a seat belt, driving outside marked lanes and resisting arrest.

Damian Ramos-Snow, 24, of 13B Daffodil Lane, had his case continued to Nov. 27. He was charged on Nov. 3 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, negligent driving, failing to stop for police, speeding and drug possession.

Jason Turk, 23, of 24 Woodland Drive, had his Oct. 9 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol continued without a finding for one year. He must attend the driver alcohol education program and had his license suspended for 45 days. He was found not responsible for driving outside lanes and responsible for a lights violation, which finding was filed.

A warrant was to issue for Stevie Vieira, 24, of Brockton, who did not appear and still owes court costs on charges of trespassing and resisting arrest.

Todd J. Wheeler, 33, of 58 East Pochick St., paid costs due from his Dec. 18, 2005 motor vehicle charges and had his case dismissed.

Mark R. Whitcomb, 47, of Nantucket, admitted to Aug. 7 charges of breaking into a vehicle to commit a felony and larceny under $250. His current probation was continued for another year and he must make $200 restitution, remain alcohol and drug free and submit to testing. A charge of larceny

over $250 was dismissed.
