I Rudolph M. Hamilton, 34, charged with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, Trescot Murray, charged with assault to rape, and Dennis Roy Parkinson, 30, charged with two counts of rape, now have further pre-trial conferences on Jan. 16, 2007. A December 11 probable cause hearing was scheduled for Karl C. Anderson, 21, of 32 Somerset Lane, charged on June 30 with mayhem, assault to maim, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, as well as for Kenneth E. Johnson, of Nantucket, charged with the same offenses. An arrest warrant was issued for Claude L. Booth, 31, of 14B Bailey Road, who is a codefendant charged with the same crimes. Another defendant, Tyler Twomey, alleged to have committed the same charges, also has a Dec. 11 court date. In other court news, Fletcher G. Boyce, 25, of South Dennis, Mass., will have a Sept. 13 charge of breaking and entering on a boat in the night dismissed with $200 court costs. He must also pay $210 restitution for food he took when he let himself aboard a ferry vessel before it was time for boarding. David J. Carpenter, 51, of 36 Chuck Hollow Road, had his case continued to Dec. 4. He was charged on Sept. 26 with violation of an abuse prevention order. Michal Certek, 26, of 14 Atlantic Avenue, will have an Oct. 15 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $200 court costs. He was found responsible for speeding and that charge was filed. Jared S. Chadwick, 22, of 15 Field Avenue, was held on $100 cash bail stemming from an Oct. 25 charge of violating a restraining order, but had bail revoked on an Oct. 16 identical charge and is subsequently being held without bail in the Barnstable House of Correction until his hearing Nov. 6. Andrew J. Chuplis, 19, of Winter Park, Fla., was placed on pre-trial probation until July 11, 2007 stemming from his Aug. 11 charges of larceny over $250, delivering alcohol to a minor and being a person under 21 possessing alcohol. He must have counseling determined by the probation department, remain alcohol free and submit to random testing. Maria N. Costanzo, 43, of 25 Daffodil Lane, admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on May 28 and had her case continued without a finding for one year. She must attend a driver alcohol education program and had her license suspended for 45 days. Richard J. Craveiro, 41, of 240 Madaket Road, also listed as living in New Rochelle, N.Y., paid all court costs due from his Aug. 2 charge of driving with a suspended license and had the case dismissed. Charles M. Crosby, 44, of 4 Daffodil Lane, had his Sept. 14 charge of assault and battery dismissed. Anderson Debrito, 29, of Pawtucket, R.I., had his case continued to Nov. 20. He was charged on Sept. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside marked lanes and speeding. David B. Edgar, 33, of Pittsburg, Pa., had his case continued to Dec. 4 for jury trial. He was charged on May 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside marked lanes. Mariana Faria, 26, of 22 Evergreen Way, had her case continued to Nov. 13. She was charged on Oct. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to wear a seat belt, speeding and not having an inspection sticker. Thomas Faria, 30, of Waterford, Conn., had a May 27 charge of drug possession dismissed because lab tests showed the substance he had was organic, not a controlled substance. An arrest warrant was issued for Alan D. Freeman, of Florida, who did not appear on three counts of larceny by check over $250. The probation was terminated and case dismissed against Klaudijus Gudiskis, who paid all court costs and completed his alcohol education course stemming from a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Ernestas J. Jaloveckas, charged Oct. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, leaving the scene after property damage, failing to stop for police, driving outside marked lanes and speeding, had his case continued to Dec. 11. Adam Jenkins, 17, of 6 Pine Grove Drive, was held in custody and has a Nov. 6 hearing on his Sept. 24 charge of receiving stolen property. Rosalinda D. Katten, of Nantucket, had her case continued to Nov. 20. She is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside marked lanes. George F. Korn, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Dec. 4 for jury trial. He is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop and failing to yield at an intersection. The charge of assault and battery was dismissed against Derond S. Lewis, of Nantucket, because his victim did not want to pursue the case. William H. Martling, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Dec. 4 for jury trial. He is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside marked lanes. Christopher Metcalfe, 53, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Dec. 4. He was charged on Oct. 13 with vehicle arson. The vehicle belonged to Marine Superintendent Dave Fronzuto. He is also charged with larceny under $250 and breaking and entering a vehicle in the night with intent to commit a felony. Michael T. Miller, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Nov. 13. He was charged on Sept. 4 with driving an uninsured, unregistered vehicle and abandoning a vehicle. Elizabeth J. Murray, of Nantucket, had her case continued to Dec. 11. She is charged with drug possession. Maurice G. Ortiz, 25, of 47 Appleton Road, had his case continued without a finding for one year. He was charged on Sept. 3 with driving with a suspended license. He was given until Nov. 3 to pay $400 court costs still due on previous charges of larceny over $250 and drug possession. A warrant was issued for Remy J. Rodriquez, 29, of Hyannis, Mass., who failed to appear on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Anthony Seward, 20, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Nov. 13. He was charged on Oct. 4 with larceny from a person. Cristina Silva, aka Cristina Fahey, 38, of 87 Skyline Drive, will have an Aug. 11 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed with $100 court costs. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed and she was found not responsible for driving an unregistered vehicle. Eduardo Tejada, 30, of 115 Hummock Pond Road, had his case continued to Dec. 4. He was charged on Sept. 29 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Alec R. Wheeler, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Nov. 13. He is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to slow and speeding. Mark R. Whitcomb, 47, of 24 Golf View Drive, had his case continued to Nov. 6. He was charged Aug. 7 with breaking and entering in the day with intent to commit a felony and larceny under $250, and on Aug. 11 with larceny over $250.
