NHA TO HOST WHALERS GAM Agam celebrating the history and tradition of the NHS football team will be held Thursday, Nov. 16, at the Whaling Museum. Sponsored by the Nantucket Historical Association, the evening's festivities will honor the team's accomplishments over the years, and include special recognition of the fortieth anniversary of the undefeated 1966 team. The gam takes place two days before the annual contest against Martha's Vineyard. Call the NHA at 228- 1894 for more information.

CRANBERRY CUP THIS WEEKEND The 3rd annual Cranberry Cup hockey tournament takes place this weekend, October 13 to 15, at the Christopher Nugent Bovers Community Rink and will feature ten 'A' level teams from the northeast. Nantucket's top hockey players will skate in the tournament this year as Team Penske, in recognition of sponsors Kathy and Roger Penske.

Team Penske's schedule: + Friday, October 13, at 6:15 p.m. (vs. Millville Saints) + Saturday, October 14, at 9:45 a.m. (vs. Tedstones)
