Nantucket Court Report
Two men admitted to marijuana possession in Monday's District Court but all other cases on the short docket were continued or dismissed as the Nantucket Superior Court twoweek fall session went into effect.

Ronald F. Beal, Jr., 37, of 17B Essex Road, paid all costs associated with his Dec. 8, 2005 charge of driving with a suspended license and had his case dismissed.

Fletcher G. Boyle, 25, of South Dennis, Mass., had his case continued to Oct. 30. He was charged on Sept. 13 with breaking and entering on a boat in the night and larceny from a boat.

The case against Mark J. Clinton, 38, of Wareham, Mass., was continued to Sept. 25 when he also has cases in superior court. Clinton was charged Aug. 13 with intimidating a witness and violating a restraining order. His superior court charges are kidnapping, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, stalking and threatening to commit a crime.

Charles M. Crosby, 44, of 4 Daffodil Lane, had his case continued to Oct. 30. He was charged on Sept. 14 with assault and battery.

Patrick N. Curtis, 35, of 9 Brinda Lane, had his case continued to Oct. 23. He was charged on Sept. 12 with drug possession.

Anderson DeBrito, 29, of Pawtucket, R.I., had his case continued to Oct. 30. He was charged on Sept. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside marked lanes and speeding.

Angel Delacruz, 29, of 23 Bartlett Road, had his case continued to Sept. 25. He was charged on July 1 with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.

Joseph P. Dooley, 51, of 34 Washington St., admitted to marijuana possession on Sept. 13. His case was continued without a finding for one year and he was assessed $200 court costs.

Bertram A. Fowler, 34, of 13B Witherspoon Drive, had his case continued to Oct. 23. He was charged on Sept. 16 with assault and battery.

Pablo E. Hernandez, 45, of 45 Surfside Road, had his case continued to Oct. 10. He was charged on Sept. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside marked lanes and failing to stop at a stop sign.

Elizabeth J. Murray, 48, of 20 Sherburne Turnpike, had her case continued to Oct. 30. She was charged on Sept. 12 with possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Jonathan D. Nile, 33, of 19B Waydale Road, admitted to marijuana possession on Sept. 13. His case was continued without a finding for one year and he was assessed $200 court costs.

Delroy K. Williams, 43, of South Shore Road, had his case continued to Sept. 25 when he also has cases in superior court. He was charged on Feb. 17 with breaking and entering in the night with intent to commit a felony, assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon (scissors) and threatening to commit a crime. His superior court charges are possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and marijuana possession.

Jason A. Yerby, 34, of 8 Kildeer Lane, had his time to complete court payments extended to the end of his probation in July 2007. He is currently living in a Hyannis shelter. He was charged on May 20 with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
