I ON THE COURT Nantucket Court Report Katherine E. Bedell, 31, of 5 Delaney Road, had her case continued to July 31 for disposition. She was charged May 29 with driving with a suspended license, an equipment violation and license plate violation. The July 3 case against Andrew J. Chuplis, 18, of Winter Park, Fla., charged with disorderly conduct, was dismissed after he paid due court costs. Jose M. Cisneros, 30, of 8 Anna Drive, had a July 21 charge of resisting arrest dismissed and will have a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed with payment of $300 court costs. Kevin H. Conrad, 26, of 65 Hooper Farm Road, had his April 13 case dismissed after paying all costs due from his charge of disorderly conduct. Richard J. Craviero, 41, of 240 Madaket Road, had his case continued to July 31. He was charged July 20 with driving with a suspended license and not having his license in possession. Gregory J. Derr, 30, of 2 Swayze Drive, will have a July 23 charge of disorderly conduct dismissed with payment of $200 court costs. Luke A. Genovese, 20, of Middlebury, Conn., had his case continued to Aug. 16. He was charged July 21 with assault and battery. George W. Holt, 33, of 38 Hooper Farm Road, had a May 30 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $50 court costs. He was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker and not wearing a seat belt. Christopher A. LaFrance, 24, of 72 Millbrook Road, had his case continued to today, July 26. He was charged July 22 with breaking and entering to commit a misdemeanor and disturbing the peace. Andrew K. Lincoln, 19, of 12 North Pasture Lane, admitted to July 21 charges of attempting to purchase alcohol for someone under 21 and being a person under 21 possessing alcohol. Those charges were continued for three months without a finding, during which time he must remain alcohol free. Charges of selling alcohol to a minor and procuring alcohol for a minor will be dismissed with $100 court costs per charge. Preston R. Miller, 20, of 250 Milestone Road, was to have an arrest warrant issued against him at 4 p.m. Monday if he did not appear to pay all or part of $100 due in court costs stemming from his July 3 charge of disorderly conduct. Samuel R. Murphy, 18, of 3 Spinnaker Circle, had his case continued to Aug. 2. He was charged May 27 with negligent driving, failing to stop or yield and speeding. Raymond S. Paula, 27, of St. Augustine, Fla., will have a July 22 charge of driving without a license dismissed with payment of $50 court costs. He was found not responsible for a lights violation. Evan M.
