In a brief session of District Court on Monday, Lindsey Butler, 60, of 12 Atlantic Ave., had his case continued to Aug. 2. He was charged on July 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving negligently and failing to stop or yield.

Joseph Carson, 42, of 18 Amelia Drive, had a probation violation notice withdrawn and his probation was terminated. He had been charged on May 5, 2005 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

A warrant was to be issued at 4 p.m. for Andrew J. Chuplis, 18, of Winter Park, Fla., if he did not appear to pay $200 still due on his July 3 charge of disorderly conduct.

Edward C. Durell, 58, of New Hope, Pa., had his case continued to July 26. He was charged July 15 with assault and battery.

Mark A. Gibeley, 34, of Mary Ann Drive, had his case continued to July 26. He was charged July 13 with drug possession.

James M. Hardy, 46, of 193 Hummock Pond Road, had his Jan. 21 charge of disorderly conduct dismissed.

Mariya K. Johnson, 22, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Aug. 2. He was charged July 16 with possession of cocaine and marijuana.

Preston R. Miller, 20, of New Hampshire, will have a July 3 charge of disorderly conduct dismissed with payment of $100 court costs and a $50 default warrant assessment fee.

A warrant was to be issued at 4 p.m. for Patricia A. Moore, 32, of 1 Hooper Farm Road, who still owes $500 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Shawn R. Newton, 22, of Ware, Mass., had his probation violation hearing continued until Oct. 2. He was charged May 12, 2005 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Reginald J. Odabashian, 42, of 47 South Shore Road, had his case continued to Aug. 2. He was charged July 13 with possession of marijuana.

A warrant was to be issued at 4 p.m. for Kerry Ann Orsini, 24, of Boston, who still owes $342 from her July 27, 2004 charges of larceny over $250 and drug possession.

Sorasak Santikulanont, Jr., 33, of 17 Miacomet Ave., had his probation extended to Feb. 12, 2007. He was charged March 14, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Philip M. Sullivan, 36, of 6 Davis Lane, had his case continued to Aug. 16. He was charged July 13 with drug possession.

Devon E. Worthington, 21, of 32 New St., 'Sconset, had her case continued to July 26. She was charged July 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel L. Zapata, 27, of 44C West Chester St., had his July 9 charge of failing to wear a seat belt dismissed after paying $100 court costs.
