Francis said he will still sell the popular lobster roll and fried chicken of Rotary fame but is adding Caribbean dishes to his affordable entree list. After taking over the business from Elliot Norton, Francis gave the dining room a fresh coat of paint, laid new flooring, bought new seating and built a small bar.
