Ulmer backs out of Dreamland deal

Rick Ulmer will not pursue a deal to purchase the Dreamland Theatre. On Friday. Ulmer, the owner of the Fooods for Here and The Rose and Crown said that the purchase price and the anticipated renovation costs have became too high.

"Every figure we receive seems to be higher than the last one," said Ulmer last week. "We also have significant unknown risks with the outcome of the citizen warrant article vote scheduled for later this month."
